Iqbal Rahim Wilis graduated from Curtin University, Perth, Australia, with a Bachelor of Engineering in 1993 and later pursued a Master of Management degree at Pelita Harapan University in 2001. With nearly three decades of professional experience, Iqbal Rahim Wilis has held key roles, including serving as General Manager at PT Argamas Bajatama from 1994 to 2007, President Director of PT Karya Purna Wahana in 2005, and Commissioner of PT Dwipa Mines Pratama in 2009. He solidified his position in the professional sphere by serving as the President Commissioner of PT Cipta Sarana Medika.

Independent Commissioner / Chairman of Audit Committee

Abdullah Sayidi, a Master of Human Resource Management graduate from Ibnu Khaldun University in 2008, has had a distinguished career spanning nearly thirty-seven years in the financial industry. He became part of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) in 1987, and his career continued to thrive, leading him to be entrusted as the General Manager of Internal Audit at PT Petrokimia Gresik from 2013 to 2021. He is currently serving as the Chairman of the Audit Committee at PT Cipta Sarana Medika.

Independent Commissioner / Audit Committee Member

Dr. Mohamad Luthfi, a graduate with a Master’s degree in Hospital Management in 2016, continued his education to become a Specialist in Internal Medicine with a focus on Hematology and Medical Oncology at the Faculty of Medicine, Padjadjaran University in 2019. With nearly twenty-five years of professional experience, Dr. Mohamad Luthfi served as the Director of RSUD Waled Cirebon in 2022. In recognition of his contributions and service, he was awarded the Makarti Bhakti Nagari Award in 2023 by the Indonesian State Administration Agency. He is currently entrusted as a member of the Audit Committee at PT Cipta Sarana Medika.

Company Secretary

Heri Akhyar, a graduate in Finance from the Amsterdam Institute of Finance in 1997, has over 25 years of experience across various industries including aviation, logistics, energy, and heavy equipment. He began his career in 1995 as an Accountant at PT Asminco Bara Utama and has since progressed to being entrusted as the Director of Human Capital at PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk from 2018 to 2020. He has also served as the President Director of PT Pelindo Energy Logistik and Vice President Director of PT Dua Putra Utama Makmur Tbk. Currently, Heri is an active member of professional associations, including the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants (ASCPA), and serves as the Corporate Secretary at PT Cipta Sarana Medika.

Audit Committee Member

Daud Achmad, a graduate of the National Institute of Technology Malang, is an entrepreneur with extensive experience across various business sectors. He is the founder and President Director of PT Asia Giga Energi, a company engaged in mineral and energy trading, as well as PT Kreasi Imaji Mahesa, which focuses on advertising and event organizing. Additionally, he serves as the Managing Director of PT Tigadaya Minergy and as the Director of PT Multi Sarana Perkasa, a coal mining company with operations in South Sumatra and East Kalimantan.

Daud Achmad also founded the law firms Setia and Partners and DFK Law Firm, demonstrating his expertise in law and asset management. He is currently a member of the Internal Audit at PT Cipta Sarana Medika.

Internal Audit

Muhammad Bagir, a graduate with a Master’s degree in Environmental Management in 2021, has nearly twelve years of experience in Environmental Management and Internal Audit, supported by certifications from professional institutions, including the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency and Certified Internal Audit (CIAE) in 2022. He is currently a member of the Internal Audit team at PT Cipta Sarana Medika.

President Director

Satria Muhammad Wilis holds a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Warwick, completed in 2019. He then pursued advanced studies at Imperial College Business School, earning a Master of Science in Economics and Strategy for Business in 2021. Having served as an Investment Analyst and company representative for RHL Ventures Sdn Bhd in Indonesia, Satria Muhammad Wilis continues to expand his professional career by actively joining PT Cipta Sarana Medika as the President Director in 2024.

Director

Octen Suhadi is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in business management, human resources, and agribusiness. He currently serves as the Founder & President Director of Panca Agri Group (2015–present) and as a Director at DKH Hospitals Group (2023–present).

He is pursuing a Doctoral program at the IPB Business School (2024) and holds a Master’s degree in Management (2009) and a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (2002) from IPB. His previous experience includes strategic roles at First Resources Ltd., Bumitama Agri Ltd., and Asian Agri Group.

A combination of practical leadership and executive education underpins his expertise in business development and human resources.

Director of DKH Cibadak Hospital

Dr. Nadya Yosvara, MARS, holds a Master of Hospital Administration degree from Esa Unggul University, completed in 2023. She has been actively serving as the Director of DKH Cibadak since 2023. Throughout her career as a doctor, Dr. Nadya Yosvara, MARS, has gained leadership experience through her involvement in organizations, serving as the Chair of the IDI Sukabumi Regency Chapter and as a board member of the Indonesian Private Hospital Association (ARSSI) Cisuka.

Director of DKH Sukatani Hospital

Dr. Lisa Lutrisa, MARS, holds a Master of Hospital Management degree from the University of Indonesia, completed in 2023. She has been actively serving as the Director of DKH Sukatani since 2023. Throughout her career as a doctor, Dr. Lisa Lutrisa, MARS, has gained leadership experience through her involvement in organizations, serving as a board member of the Indonesian Medical Association (IDI) in Bekasi Regency and the Indonesian Private Hospital Association (ARSSI) in Bekasi City.

Director of DKH Kedungwarining Hospital

Doctor Ahmad Barokah, currently continuing his Masters in Hospital Management at Respati University Indonesia in 2024, has been active as Director of DKH Kedungwaringin since 2022. Throughout his career as a doctor who currently joins the management team, Doctor Ahmad Barokah has leadership experience through organizational activities as an IDI administrator in Bekasi Regency as well as an administrator of the Indonesian Private Hospital Association (ARSSI) Purwasukasi.
