DKH Hospitals Group Supports Healthy School Program with PAS68
7 November 2024

Jakarta –  DKH Hospitals Group demonstrated its commitment to supporting adolescent health by participating in the Nutritional and Adolescent Health Screening (SEGAR) event, organized by the Alumni Association of SMAN 68 Jakarta (PAS68) on Thursday, November 7, 2024. The event aims to detect early health issues among SMAN 68 Jakarta students, such as malnutrition, obesity, micronutrient deficiencies, and tuberculosis (TB) screening.

The SEGAR event at SMAN 68 Jakarta represents a concrete step toward building a healthy and productive younger generation. With the synergy between the education, health, and alumni community sectors, this program is expected to have a significant positive impact on the students and the broader community.

As part of this initiative, DKH Hospitals Group played a key role in conducting health check-ups and nutritional screenings for the students of SMAN 68 Jakarta. The program is led by Iqbal Rahim Wilis, the Chairman of PAS68 and Chief of Program, supported by Hamdi Prakarsa as Program Director, Retno Artsanti as Advisory Committee member, and the active board members of PAS68.

“We are proud to contribute to the SEGAR program, which aligns with our vision of realizing a healthier Indonesia and improving public health, especially among the younger generation. DKH Hospitals Group is committed to supporting similar initiatives in the future,” said Satria M. Wilis, CEO of DKH Hospitals Group.

The Alumni Association of SMAN 68 Jakarta (PAS68) is a legal entity organization that actively supports various social and educational programs. Through this event, PAS68 aims to raise awareness about the importance of health among students and promote healthy living habits from an early age.

To ensure the sustainability of this health screening program, PAS68 has established a strategic partnership with the Sjaiful Suarti Wilis Foundation (SSW). This collaboration is expected to expand the program’s reach and bring greater benefits to students in other schools across Jakarta.

“We hope that this program can serve as a model for other alumni associations and schools in Jakarta to adopt a proactive approach to student health. With support from various parties, we are optimistic that the Healthy School program will continue,” said Iqbal.
